有個小院，跟家庭旅店感覺。應該不是四星酒店。但是整體服務還可以。距離城區要坐公車，門口不遠就是公車站。性價比不錯，可以停車。

We had a very solid stay at Hotel Grifone. A pretty large, comfortable, and clean room, with a balcony even. It was a bit of a hassle to get to our room (2 different elevators/staircases separated by a hallway), but on our first 訂房網站 to the room, a staff member showed us the way, which was a nice touch. We also really appreciated the free flavored waters and teas/snacks/mimosas provided in the lobby - was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a very residential area, so it's pretty quiet at night. Does take around 25 minutes by bus to get there from the old town area, but they came relatively regularly (the signs posted on the stops were hit-or-miss on accuracy - the buses usually ran late). Signora Helena on the breakfast team was truly the sweetest person we met during our entire 2 week 訂房網站 around the country of Italy. She always greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service (remembering that we have yogurt every morning and bringing it to us without us asking by the third day of our stay, checked in about what coffee we wanted, and more!). We really loved her, and it made our mornings brighter to see her! The front desk staff were all excellent as well! Super professional and answered questions about Florence and the hotel with ease.

酒店位置不是在大街，但車位很充足，服務亦很好。唯獨我入住的一座沒有升降機，雖然只是一層樓，但對於老人家搬行李較吃力。 洗手間裝修很漂亮呢。

距離市中心有點遠需要搭乘巴士20分鐘到達，但巴士經常不夠準時，且感覺較晚回去有危險。散步可以30分鐘達到市中心。

這家店位置有點偏，另外我被安排的房間在側邊小院子裡，有點像庫房，很暗很小，整體感覺不太好，幾乎沒啥光照，各種設定也比較舊了。唯一好的一點是早餐還不錯，衹加了8歐好像。

If you have car, it’s perfect location with parking spaces. Rooms are old but clean. The annex building has no elevator, but there was someone to help you with the luggage. Breakfast is ok with hot dishes, pastries, cold cuts, yogurts and fresh fruits.
