佛羅倫薩藝術公寓 (Florence Art Apartments)

這裡真的很棒， Ms.Silva非常的溫和且能提供有效的協助和訊息， 房間也很棒， 寬敞明亮乾淨, 有膠囊咖啡機，廚房用具洗衣機等一應俱全， 我們從德國到法國積攢下的臟衣服在這裡搞定了。下次去還會選擇住這裡， 地理位置優越安全安靜， 非常愉快的居住體驗

服務和房間都特別好，地點也很靠近，主要景點可以走路到，雖然房間小了一點，但是有家的感覺。

호텔이 아니기에, 서비스와 청결도가 보통이지만, 넓은 공간과 위치는 좋은 곳입니다.

The location is the best. It is so close to everywhere that I can return after visit each museum and rest or get changed. It is very quiet in a crowded busy area. The manager was so nice to let me check in a little earlier so I could start to explore. I really appreciated to have more time to do things.

1 Check-in time needs to be booked in advance, as it’s a hostel/airbnb not hotel. The host contacted in advance thru message via 訂房網站.com. The host is very quick to respond and very polite. Can also use WhatsApp to communicate with the host. 2 Very spacious n clean room with a full kitchen (have all the cooking-wares n a dishwasher) and a washing machine(no dryer). The host provided a 1-time two bottles of water and one red wine(thanks, taste pretty good ) 3 The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, but I found two yellow residual spots in the toilet bowel, apparently missed by the cleaner, I just cleaned them myself. I didn’t bother to contact the host for this coz I am OCD/super-hygienic, and I usually sanitize the room everywhere myself after checkin, and I don’t want anyone to come again. I don’t expect services like a hotel, it’s no big deal but has room for improvement. 4 Easy to dry clothes in the room in the wardrobe or using a drying rack with AC on, after overnight all dry. Can open the huge window door and let fresh air in. 5. It’s 3mins walk to Domo. Very very convenient. Easy access to everything. Price high but it’s bcoz of the season. 6. Luggage storage is free. The host advised me that I can store my luggage in the reception room which can access using a key code. However as no host/staff stays in that room and the key code is given all the guests, I didn’t storage my luggage there. Per AI recommendation, I store my luggage at Kipoint (first 4hrs 6euro ) right at the train station.

The place was super clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent—close to the Duomo, with plenty of gelato shops, supermarkets, and even a Asian markets nearby, which was really convenient. The area was also not very noisy, making it easy to rest after a day out. A small suggestion would be to provide umbrellas for travelers who may not bring one, especially during rainy days. Overall, a great stay and I’d happily recommend it.
