房間還是比較難找的，基本沒有標誌。密碼是房間號和密碼的組合體。酒店前台在工作時間電話也不能打通，但是來收城市稅的時候可以看到工作人員。陽台很大，可以晒衣服。T2站非常近，就在旁邊，還可以刷卡乘車，買票機就在旁邊也很方便。附近有一家非常近的大超市。

房間很大很寬敞，還有一個陽台和廚房，很適閤家庭旅行。輕軌在就在樓下不遠，雖然離市區有一定距離，但交通也比較方便。

優點：離Tram 站距離步行不超過1分鐘，非常近！房間不算小！大箱子可以擺開！有陽台可以洗衣服晾衣服！缺點： 1，非常非常非常非常吵。路邊很多飆車和Tram 的聲音非常大！必須帶戴耳塞，不然完全無法睡覺！ 2，前台和酒店不在同一個地方，是另一棟樓！建議提前聯繫酒店問清楚Reception 的位置！

너무 좋았습니다. 장점은 바로 앞에 트램이 있다는 것이고, 관광지와 조금 거리가 있어 물가가 저렴합니다. 직전 역에 큰 마트가 있어서 장을 보기 좋았습니다. 단점은 약20분 정도 트램을 타고 이동해야 관광지로 갈 수 있다는 게 단점이지만 큰 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 오히려 조용해서 좋았습니다. 방은 넓었고 매일 채워주시는 샴푸도 잘 사용했습니다. 다만 체크인 과정이 다소 번거로웠습니다. 다음에 피렌체를 또 온다면 재이용하고 싶습니다.

Overall speaking, this is a just ok but not too satisfying staying experience for the price I paid and for a such high-rating hotel. In terms of hygiene, I could find 3 hairs on my bed and there are filth on the floor. But the toilet and kitchen are clean. Besides, there were A LOT OF mosquitoes in the room, I am not sure is that an exceptional issue in my room. We had killed around 5-6 mosquitoes and seen 2-3 more even when we were leaving. My partner and I both got bitten by the mosquitoes, which is truly unpleasant. In terms location, it is convenient as the hotel is really close to the light train station. In terms of services, which is the most confusing part about the stay. As for the price I paid and as a hotel, it requires us to clean and throw the garbage by ourselves (or else we will be penalised by fine). I have never had to do it before in any other hotels. In terms of facilities, the hotel provides good capacity of cooking equipment, but there weren’t enough shampoo and shower gel as for us who stayed for three nights. Additional comment:

Excellent customer service and ease of contact and access. Superb value for money and great size. Modern furnishings, comes with kitchen and iron and amazing toiletries. Ample cabinet and wardrobe space together with work table and another dining table. Nice private balcony too. Extra plus points for ability to store and retrieve luggage anytime you like in a secure passcode locked area with surveillance monitoring. Extremely convenient from airport and Rail station

I would classify this as more of a guesthouse than a hotel, as there's no reception. We need to contact the owner in advance and upload our passport photos for the check-in process, but it's generally smooth. However, the noise from the road was quite loud, and the poor soundproofing negatively affected our stay. On the positive side, the facilities were good, the refrigerator and air conditioner worked well, and the staff were quite friendly.
