My husband and I loved this room! It was cute and stylish. When we first checked in, the staff was very welcoming. WIFI was great! The room and bathroom was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the bidet and the shower. There was complimentary tea in the room. Breakfast is served from 8am-10 am. The older woman who helped serve was so hospitable, she made a great cappuccino! Even after check out, they were able to hold our luggage for a few hrs while we continued to explore the neighborhood. The Florence S.M train station was not too far (approx. 10 mins). You are expected to pay an additional fee for tax at checkout, which I believe was 24 euros. I would recommend this hotel!

Excellent location in Florence. Great staff and good breakfast in the courtyard.Good restaurants close by too. The picture in my review is from the trattoria down the street.
