Absolutely do not recommend!!! Leaking walls! Discrimination! No air conditioning! Poor service and hygiene!
My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing, not only because of the substandard facilities but also due to the treatment I received. The ceiling leaked, with the sound of dripping water persisting all night long. Worse still, the water continuously hit my face, preventing me from resting peacefully. I documented all this with photos and videos, but when I requested a room change, I was initially told there were no available rooms. Only after my persistent demands did they suddenly offer a room that was supposedly ready, leading me to suspect unfair treatment possibly because I am Asian.
Adding to the frustration was the hotel's refusal to offer compensation, attributing the issue to "force majeure" and completely overlooking their fundamental responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable accommodation environment. This attitude of shirking responsibility, coupled with the staff's arrogance and lack of respect, made me feel a cold indifference that bordered on discrimination.
Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not working (despite the hotel's advertisement of having air conditioning), and the staff simply said their air conditioning “doesn't work”. However, it seemed that air conditioning was working in some rooms, which made me suspect unequal treatment.
Think twice before booking, if you don’t want to regret your 訂房網站 to Florence, I recommend choosing another hotel that is more professional and respectful towards its guests. Sharing my experience, I hope to remind everyone to be careful when selecting a hotel.

Hotel overall is okay for a 3 star. Employees were always friendly. Free parking and if full, hotel as a old garage underneath which it was where we parked. Breakfast was okay also for a 3 star hotel.
Amenities nothing to be honest, on our room we had some stuff broken also… could get some refurbishment. And also, it is not a queen bed, it was two single beds close to each other… with no top mattress anything…

2. 서비스. 괜찮았다. 나쁠게 없었다.
3. 청결도. 다 깨끗 청결 했다.
4. 시설. 방끼리 따닥 붙어있어 방음이 조금 걱정됐다. 1층에 간단한 물건들을 살 수 있던건 좋았다. 방안에 미니 냉장고도 있었고.

Отель расположен относительно недалеко от центра: скоростной трамвай (маршрут до аэропорта) 15 минут и пешком минут 8. Трамвай ходит часто, через каждые 5-7 мин, цена 1,7 евро (билет покупать в автомате на остановке и компостировать внутри трамвая). Район тихий, спокойный. При желании до центра можно и пешком дойти-минут 40.
Номера чистые, постельное белье хорошее, как и во всех отелях этой сети. Номер на одного небольшой, ванная с душевой кабиной крошечная. Для того, чтобы переночевать-вполне отличный вариант. Близко к аэропорту. Минут в 15 ходьбы есть Lidl.
