衞生乾淨，但就是有一大堆樓梯帶著行李非常不方便，預訂的時候自己沒搞清楚不是主車站，距離主要景點不太方便

當初の部屋がエアコンがつかなかったが、フロントに言うとすぐに部屋を変えてくれた。1人だったが、ベットの大きな部屋に変えてもらった。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ボディクリーム、ドライヤー、ポット、紅茶が豊富にある。連泊だと掃除はないが、自分で自由に好きな分だけタオルなどを地下に取りに行くことができる。 4つ星ホテルなので、歯ブラシのアメニティがあると嬉しいなとおもう。

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel and room were modern, clean, and well maintained. When we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly and explained the hotel's convenient self-service amenities, including lockers and a station where guests can pick up extra towels and other essentials. The only downside was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy. Fortunately, the hotel thoughtfully provides complimentary earplugs in the room. Considering the prices in Florence, this hotel offers great value. It's conveniently located next to Firenze Campo di Marte Station (when we went back from Pisa, we got off from this station and just a 5-8 minute walk.), with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach both the city center and Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Station. When I booked this hotel, there weren't any reviews here, so I hope this review helps.

Incredible hotel! Everything was wonderful! The staff is very polite, they will help with any questions, the rooms are clean, all the appliances are new, the view from the window is wonderful, it's quiet, peaceful, and the price is very reasonable! These are the best apartments I've stayed in in Italy. Other hotels were more expensive, but the conditions were much worse than in Numa. I'm very grateful and will recommend this place to everyone, thank you! 🥰
