The room is nice and spacious. Everything is clean and new. Check in steps are clear and unmanned which is suitable for me as I arrived only late at night.  The kitchen is shared but well equipped with cooking utensils, fridge, washing machines.  In particular, I appreciate the lights is sufficient in all areas of the room , the strong shower in bathroom, the balcony iof a good view and the prompt response of the host whenever I need her help.

Location is not centre - about 10 mins walk to nearest tram, which takes approximately 30 mins to get to Florence S M Novella train station. Clean room, friendly host.
