非常推薦這個民宿，如果你又2天以上的常住那會更棒，兩個房間都有電視和空調而且兩間都是超大床目測1m8，房間配備洗衣機洗碗機以及一些參加完全滿足做飯生活需求，配備一個私人庭院真的很棒可以早上坐外面喝咖啡。公寓位於居民區治安很好沒有看見形跡可疑的人，但是距離景點稍微有點遠如果喜歡citywalk或者開車和坐公交那你就完美適配，注意預訂時的手機號工作人員會用whatapp搜搜你的手機號來給你發送公寓訊息，建議公寓添加發送郵件來聯繫客人，因為中國人不使用WhatsApp

先説優點 房間從設計 裝修 到體驗感 面積 設施 都無可挑剔 非常好 滿分5分我可以給6分的地步 甚至我覺得店主自己拍的照片沒有房間的實物好看 非常漂亮 很大 很溫馨 很有設計感 打掃的非常乾淨 我願意為了這個漂亮的房間再來一次佛羅倫薩 有雙人浴缸 可以按摩 還有露台 可以喝酒吃東西 還有桑拿房 我第一次在酒店房間裡看到配備桑拿房的 雖然我沒用 總之房間的一切都很完美 酒店的建築有一個非常古老的電梯 需要手動操作 很特別 但是 但是 缺點1 不是在特別市中心的地方 距離景區大概2公里左右 走到以後遊覽依然需要步行 如果是天氣很熱 或者不是很能暴走的人 （比如我）會有點走不動 而且附近去景區有一個c1公交車 如果你不想等一小時 千萬別坐！！它的時刻表就是一個笑話 你永遠不知道這個車會不會來 什麼時候來 不過我願意為了漂亮房間住的遠一點 值得 缺點2就有點讓我不高興了 因為雖然列在酒店名單裡 其實就是一個民宿 所以沒有前台 有什麼問題衹能靠郵件聯繫房東 然而他雖然寫可以隨時聯繫 但是聯繫以後他並不會馬上回 住的第一個晚上 房間洗澡的時候沒有熱水 我在第二天給房東發了郵件反饋 直到最後一天 我退房離開 他都沒有回我 甚至發郵件提醒我按時退房 也沒幫我解決熱水的問題！如果不是中午回來休息 正好遇到了打掃衞生的阿姨 讓她幫我解決了 我第二天也沒熱水洗澡 所以一旦遇到問題 由於沒有前台 很可能是無法解決的… 除了這個 其他都很完美 房東推薦的附近的咖啡廳早餐也很好吃 對了 中國大使館也在附近 安全感拉滿

Room is large and the bath is good as well，But actually It‘s not a hotel but hostel（personal），And It‘s not convenience because everything you want you must contact them by email or whats app which foreigner doesn't have anymore，even find and access the door are extremely difficult. Until leave I still can't believe this knid of hotel can be published on the list of“Xie Cheng”，So disappointed…

酒店設施很新，房間夠大。但是距離最中心的百花大教堂要走二十多分鐘，晚上屬於居民區，solo訂房網站會有點可怕，第一晚凌晨1點左右有人瘋狂敲民宿外面的門

Room is big with sauna and jacuzzi. Clear check in instructions. Very clean and self control air con. Safe and quiet street. Bus stop nearby. However, bus schedules are unstable, prefer walking, around 25mins walk to Cathedral of San Maria del Fiore. Pleasant walking even during summer times as some shops along the path.

The studio is beautiful with a large bedroom, an outdoor veranda and a bathroom including a Jaccuzi bath for two and a sauna. The flat is only 25 minutes walk from the centre of Florence - but away from all the crowds and surrounded by restaurants that are a fraction of the price of the touristy ones in the centre. Also - and this is a huge bonus - there is a space you can leave your luggage safely after you check out of your room if your train or plane is later in the day. Its a lovely romantic room for a couple - after walking around Florence all day you can relax your muscles in the sauna and then soak in the Jaccuzi. The only tiny things missing from the room - there are no instructions for either the Sauna or Jacuzzi and it takes quite a lot of trial and error to work them out, It would also be good if a microwave could be added to the room - meals in Italy are often huge leaving leftovers to take home with you. And the Veranda is perfect for having dinner and a glass of wine on - but there is no way of heating up any food, Other than that the room is perfect and we would definitely come back

Wszystko nam się podobało. Miejsce czyste. Do największych atrakcji około 20 minut na piechotę. Udało nam się wygodnie zaparkować tuż obok noclegu, parking płatny 2 euro za godzinę w niebieskich liniach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is fantastic at a very good location, convenient to walk around and to the attractions. We strongly recommend this place.

很一般，酒店地理位置一般，説可以泡澡但熱水是有限的，設施也比較老舊房間隔音很差，空調很吵，服務也不好，不值得這個價格

Good location. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our family was very satisfied.
