非常喜歡公共空間，寬敞及舒適，可以自己享受愜意時光，也可以認識新朋友一起玩樂（有提供桌遊），房間部分也很大，雖然不是很頂級的，但舒服、睡得安穩就好。

Amazing central location, great room, polite staff, clean room and area , even tho there’s a sharing bathroom. Please guys, since is winter in Melbourne, add a heater inside the room, cause it was freezing. Having a fan that gives only fresh air, on winter season, doesn’t make any sense. Thank you ! Great experience! Not recommended if you have a car. I had to pay 15$ extra for the parking.

This B&B has nothing integrity! The goods are wrong! At the price of rentel a good hotel room but accommodation conditions as bad as hell! The worst is the owner said at the time would do the refund for the second night I don't stay and until now do nothing, no refund at all! Now he replied that the time for refund has expired! This is to do deceit ! There is absolutely no guarantee for anyone who stays there, only losses

This building was cute.  There wasn’t any hairdryer. Beds weren’t fixed and it annoyed me. The exit light from the window was too bright at night.

Un homestay, très bien équipé. Un peu trop boys band à mon goût. Mais l’emplacement non loin du musée et tout près du tramway idéal pour circuler dans la ville. Quelques rues plus loin un quartier fitzroy avec des restaurants, cafés , des boutiques, vraiment très sympa
