I don't know where to start from. I travelled to so many countries hotel and this was the worst hotel do far from the check-in to check out hotel management and employees made sure that I won't get one day peace in that old rusty out outdated hotel. Receptionist are soo rude they would literally tell you to get out from the lobby and wouldn't respond to your request. I paid so much money to get big room with river view and got lousy street face view there was no room service no air-conditioning no water to drink there was nothing that make u think that this is 4 star hotel Reception changed me 42 euro hotel tex when I checked in and then 290 dharam for city tex which everyone told me I shouldn't have paid because there is no such thing as city tex at the hotel as I was there with my two kids a really rude racist man threatened me to call the police if I don't pay city tex .... be aware they will do anything to take more money out from you so please never ever choose this shitty hotel with racist receptionist. They will con you everyday. Really bad dirty hotel please stay away from this dark place.
