Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

We had to change rooms, the staff were very helpful and kind to us. The breakfast was lovely and the 2 rooms we had were both comfortable and no issues with anything.

Terrible stay here; I’m not usually picky but this place has terrible staff and service. Worth warning others to prevent future recurrence. 3 scams during check in (broken credit card machine, attempted overcharge, attempted incorrect exchange rate for Eur-Mad); check in was a 1 hour negotiation (even after everything was already pre-booked online.) When I disagreed, the ‘brother’ kept putting his jacket on and asking me to go for a walk with him into the alleys. He likely thought he was trying to be nice but also an annoying intimidation tactic I didn’t need after a long day. A little girl outside the Riad also tried to steal my hat right before checking in. No 24-hour front desk. The staff also knocked on my door at 11pm instead of messaging me after 9-10pm service was not available at their 24-hour front desk. My observation was that they only worked when they felt like it and the front desk was abandoned 90% of the time with lights off. I paid for breakfast, but another scam was that breakfast was only available during a narrow window 1.5 hour (not stated in booking)

Неправильно указан размер доплаты при заезде, разумеется нужно заплатить больше, горячей воды в первый день не было, лейка луша сломана, кондиционер не работает, на присьбу починить ответили, что им всё равно, при заселении навязывают бесполезные услуги, такие как, мой друг отведет вас на террасу с видом на кожевенный завод за 200 дирхам, по факту за доступ на террасу я заплатил 20 дирхам владельцу магазина и всё это делается под видом гостеприимства.

Friendly staff, but you should be careful with the city tax. Authentic place to stay.

Интересный аутентичный риад, но очень темно, приходилось ходить с фонариком, плохой холодильник и телевизор, нет средств для душа.
