酒店位於山上，可以俯瞰非斯medina全景，唯位置略為偏遠，而且交通不便利，夜歸可能比較麻煩。

A private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.

The hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.

5 Stars — Hotel Sahrai, Fez: A Stay That Stays With You From the moment we arrived at Hotel Sahrai, the warmth and hospitality of the staff set the tone for what would be a truly wonderful two-night stay. The team were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home, with a special mention deserving to go to Omar, who was exceptional throughout. The hotel extended our checkout at no extra charge, which was a generous and very much appreciated gesture. When we needed our clothes ironed, they took care of all twelve pieces, again completely free of charge. It did take around an hour for someone to come and collect them, though once they had, everything came back beautifully pressed and ready in good time. Stepping into the room felt like stepping into a sanctuary of modern luxury. Marble featured prominently throughout, lending the space an air of quiet opulence, and the bathtub — a grand marble affair — was the kind you sink into and never want to leave. The shower pressure was outstanding, delivering a powerful and satisfying experience, with the water reaching temperature almost instantly. The room was fully air conditioned, keeping things perfectly comfortable throughout the day and night. A modern flat screen LG television, complimentary Sidi Ali mineral water, and a selection of tea and coffee rounded off a well-appointed space. Additional drinks in the fridge are available at a charge. One small note worth mentioning is that the bidet runs on cold water only, with no temperature control, which is something the hotel may wish to look at in future. Breakfast at Hotel Sahrai was a genuine highlight of the stay. For a boutique hotel of this size, the spread was impressive and thoughtfully put together, with attentive staff always on hand to assist. Fresh omelettes were made to order, and the selection of fruit, cheeses, jams, honey and salads was generous and varied. The dessert and pastry section was extraordinary, with an abundance of sweets and tarts that made it almost impossible to show restraint. Gluten free options were also available, which was a thoughtful touch. The star of the breakfast, however, was the traditional Moroccan mint tea. It is made fresh to order by a gentleman who brings the mint from his own home, and the result is something truly special. Every guest should make a point of trying it. The orange juice on the first morning was a touch diluted, perhaps due to ice meltwater, but on the second morning it was naturally sweet and absolutely delicious. The bread selection leaned heavily towards the crispy and firm, though a soft sesame seeded baguette that appeared on the second day was excellent. The hotel sits on a hill overlooking the city of Fez, and the view from breakfast alone is worth the stay. Gazing out over the ancient medina whilst sipping freshly brewed Moroccan mint tea is the kind of experience that quietly becomes one of your most treasured travel memories. We did not personally use them during our stay, but the hotel also offers a pool, a jacuzzi, three restaurants with a range of opening times, and a spa — all of which speak to the breadth of the experience on offer for those who wish to make full use of it. Hotel Sahrai is a remarkable place. It combines genuine Moroccan warmth with a level of modern comfort and luxury that never feels excessive. It is the kind of hotel that earns your loyalty. We would return without hesitation.
