Leider enttäuschend – kein 4-Sterne-Niveau Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider alles andere als erholsam, und wir sind froh, dass wir nur wenige Tage dort verbracht haben. Bereits beim Betreten unseres Zimmers fiel uns ein starker Geruch nach Chlor und Feuchtigkeit auf – es war kaum auszuhalten. Wir haben sofort die Rezeption informiert und um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Die Antwort: Es sei alles ausgebucht, wir sollten am nächsten Morgen erneut nachfragen. Ein Zimmermädchen wurde zwar geschickt, doch außer einem Raumspray hat sich nichts geändert. Bei genauerem Hinsehen entdeckten wir sogar Schimmelflecken rund um das Fenster – ein absolutes No-Go! Als wir dies erneut an der Rezeption meldeten, zeigte man sich zunächst überrascht, bat uns dann aber, 30 Minuten zu warten. Danach bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer – glücklicherweise ohne Schimmel, jedoch mit deutlich schlechterer Ausstattung als ursprünglich gebucht. Zudem war es sehr laut: Bereits ab 7 Uhr morgens hörte man über uns das Stühlerücken aus dem Frühstücksraum. Auch von draußen drang durch die zentrale Lage in der Stadt viel Lärm ins Zimmer. An Erholung war kaum zu denken. Weitere Minuspunkte: Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste. Der angepriesene Strand ist zwar schön, aber nur mit einem etwa 20-minütigen Shuttle erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist akzeptabel, aber keinesfalls auf 4-Sterne-Niveau. Das Hotel wirkt von außen modern und einladend, doch im Inneren ist es stark renovierungsbedürftig. Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen – es entspricht keinesfalls dem Standard, den man bei der Buchung erwarten würde.

Moeilijke check-in in een kamer waar water door het plafond lekte, daarna upgrade naar andere kamer waar dan weer de douche niet leegliep. Raar schimmelachtig geurtje in die kamer doch niks hiervan de visu kunnen vaststellen. Rest OK.

在法魯中心位置！酒店的四樓餐廳景觀一流！可以看到整個法魯小城！早餐也還可以！標的是四星級酒店！但是法魯不值得專門去看！沒有什麼好的景觀！衹適合從里斯本到塞維利亞歇個腳

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed by its central location – wherever you’re heading in Faro, it’s generally no more than a six-minute walk. It’s ideal for exploring the city on foot. The standout feature for me was the rooftop restaurant and bar. The views over the sea are absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset – a perfect spot to unwind with a drink. Breakfast was another highlight: a fantastic spread with a huge variety of options, well presented and regularly replenished. Rooms are modern, spacious, and well designed, offering a comfortable stay. The gym looked well equipped, though I didn’t use it during my visit. Service was fine – polite and efficient, but very much in line with what I’ve come to expect in Portugal: functional, with no one particularly going out of their way. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with a great location, excellent breakfast, and memorable views.

The room was basic with no tissues or pen/paper. Advertised to have a mini bar but there wasn’t one. One day wasn’t cleaned so had to go on hunt for toilet paper. The spa was non existent, sauna and Turkish bath there but turned off, massage table there but offering no massages. Not really what we wanted and overpriced but had to make the best of it.

A totally worn out matrasse which hascaused serious painful experice during our stay in your Hotel. Even so we have informed your staff immediately about this serious issue but nobody did anything to solve this serious Matter. So no other room or even another matrasse has been available or offered to us. Fully understood that this could happen but shouldn't happen a a hotel of your category so as an experienced frequent traveller i expect a reasonable compensation Nevertheless up to know no serious exciuses or compensation has happend. Pretty Disappoint !!!!!!!!!!! That is not the way how to respect clients.

The location is perfect, just a walking distance from the bus station and city center. The room is big enough for 3 people. However, you could tell the staffs didn’t clean the room enough, the bathtub is with hair.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location on the waterfront, within easy walking distance of many local shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, historical sites like the old town, and the local bus station which is handy for a bus to the airport. The hotel is very clean and well-presented, and has a very nice restaurant and rooftop bar. The rooms are large with a luxurious feel, however a gap under the door let in a significant amount of light and noise from the corridor, although the corridor and other areas of the hotel were generally very quiet. The hotel restaurant is good, however doesn't really have much for vegetarians, and nothing for vegans, and is generally limited in choice, which is disappointing as the dining room is very nice, and the staff are excellent. The restaurant is also more expensive than many of the surrounding restaurants which offer broader menus and more choice for those with dietary restrictions, so was not very appealing. In all, I found this hotel to be very pleasant, and good value for money, with excellent, friendly staff who accommodated me well with their perfect English.
