Location is convenient. Rooms are OK and clean. Restaurant takes time to deliver the order. Staff is helping but they are over occupied especially during the check in and check out time.

The services are really bad. AC was not working. Even the flush wasn't working properly. For towels also we have to call 3-4 times then they were bringing towels

Ac was not working at Room no 5056. Mosquitoes are there. Worst experience. When i complaining Hotel staff say to me- Sir wait kr lijiye thori der me kam karne lagega

room was nice, but there is communication gap between the staff. like I had booked stay including breakfast, and one extra bed. I got that extra bed after 12 in the night, that too only because of makemy訂房網站 helpdesk intervention. next day when I went for breakfast, ***** with my family, I was sidelined stating I will first have to pay for breakfast. i already had paid. it took few minutes to confirm that my stay was booked with breakfast inclusive. I was only allowed to go after they corrected their mistake and by the time half of people just left without having much in breakfast. Outside of hotel there are options for streetfood which we went for but this was not expected from Avadh. ok top of it, after such bad experience all waiters and helpers whom we were seeing for the first time would not leave us without a good tip to them.

amenities mentioned were attractive. As we were travelling with our, we booked it 3 weeks in advance. Let me try to give feedback step by step from the time we reached : 1 People at front desk are totally unprofessional. I was trying to reach them as we were running late, noone responded to phone calls. After trying continuously, someone came on phone but have no answer about our booking. After reaching hotel, reception area looks great nicely decorated. As soon as we reached rooms, very much disappointed, dark, dampness, uncomfortable beds, smelly linen, dirty toilets, A/c grill missed, layer of plaster coming off from wall because of seepage, remotes battery missing, mosquito in rooms. We had 2 rooms and both were similar in condition. Reported to reception, first they said we are fully booked but then on insisting, showed few rooms but all were similar or worst. We had no choice except staying as we had old parents and rooms were non refundable. Had too many staff but most of them useless and not trained enough. I think hotel management should take only that much bookings which they can handle. But I m guessing they just want to cash in Kumbh rush. I will recommend anyone who is booing this property should be prepared for above mentioned issues. Hope management hire some professional and trained staff starting from front office to room service. Good luck

While the hotel lobby is fantastic, the service is pathetic. Tea took 45 min and every-time we follow up they asked the room number. Told the same about 5 times. The room upkeep is below average and the linens were untidy. Overall, not suggested. The reception is not courteous.

Very uncomfortable stay, basic facilities absent, need to do repetitive call for every order. Overpriced property. They are polite and well behaved though.

Service and food are nice, but hot water is a problem in early hours, anyway reference may be given. Main problem, we had kitchen smell and heavy sound up to 11. 00pm, as we were in second floor. They have cancel-led ticket due to mechanical failure of the bus

Stay at hotel shane avadh was great, location is good, easily opposite to the hotel, bus & electric vehicles are available. Hotel staffs are good & other services were very good. Reception gives good ambience. Overall worth for money. Food at restaurant was also good.
