Hotel has a great location right on the sea front and the room was perfect for our needs 👍🏻 The staff were very friendly and helpful leading to an enjoyable visit 😀

It was a very small room. Small double bed. Hotel dated. Needs a good paint. Excellent location right on the sea front. There is parking right outside which is chargeable. The staff were very nice. Easy check in. Continental breakfast was adequate for £7 each. No food other than breakfast.

I dident stay. TRIP would not let me re- book and i wasent even in the country and the hotel did not answer my email or call. I will not use TRIP ever again and when i DO stay in Exmouth in September i will not be staying at this hotel. No communication, no flexibility. I paid for a night that i dident use. Thank god it was only one night.
