We had booked break water resort for 2n. Stating below good and bad things as per experience. Good things: - location is right in front of the beach - rooms are very well kept clean bad things: - over expensive price for rooms. They charge like 3 start resorts but it's not worth. We brought 2 rooms for 4 adults for 2 nights and paid total - this is not a resort but a homestay - there is no staff kept in this property. Entire place is ruined by the owner and one househelp. - there is no restaurant in the resort and outside is also not allowed. So if you are hunger you either have to go out or eat what they already have made with no options to pick - no basic amenities in the room like tea/coffee maker, tissues, toilet rolls, cell phone to connect to reception. - if you need anything you have to step out of the room search for the single househlep guy and tell him.

The stay was satisfactory. Breakfast was free, but only one item was served on first day and two items on second day. It was an average dish. Room was clean, bathroom not bad. The swimming pool was good. Air conditioning system was good. Room telephone was not there. Parking space at resort was not sufficient, but they managed to get rented place for parking and was good. Room service has to be better. Good garden and ampeance for photo shoot.

Excellent stay at this property. Hospitality of owner and staff was superb. We as a family enjoyed the stay. Maintaining the swimming pool in good manner. Really fantastic stay

Property is good. Neat and clean. Sea facing. It has a swimming pool. It is a homestay and there is no restaurant. The location is very nice and peaceful. Nearby there is a serene beach with water sports. Watersports are there in that beach. 10% discount coupon was provided for watersports by the resort owner. Overall it is a comfortable accomodation. It is not a resort as there is no restaurant.

Compact hotel, facing beach, but have to walk 500m to get into beach. Neatly maintained property, with only swimming pool and not much space for other activity. Breakfast is good n members all are friendly. Will highly recommend for family stay.
