The hotel was empty, except reception lady the staff wasn't in any sort of uniform, they were all dressed casual in T-Shirts and trousers, the room was full of flies, lift wasn't working, on top of that when we came for breakfast in the morning, staff was shocked to see us when we asked for the breakfast, so we had to leave without breakfast for the airport, the security guard was dancing in the parking, pool was covered with dead flies, literally covered, facility is designed well but the staff and service was absolutely a shock!!! I think we were the only customers in the hotel, unaware of what are we getting ourselves into!!!
