We stayed at Emerald Creek Cottages as a family of three. The room was great, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. However, our experience was completely ruined by the Host, Naomi. The next morning, as I stepped out, she angrily confronted me with an odd, smug expression, accusing us of having four people in the room – claiming that my wife, daughter, and my mother were all staying there. She demanded extra charge. I was shocked and told her that wasn’t true, and even offered to let her check inside. She refused, adamantly insisting, “Your mother is inside.” When I told her this was incredibly rude, I even offered to call everyone outside to prove her wrong. She reluctantly said, “Fine, I apologize,” but continued being unfriendly, saying the house next door had many people, and she was upset.
