Rooms are a little dated but overall are acceptable. Cleanliness is pretty good. Beds comfortable. Good facilities and a great bar/restaurant onsite. Downside is the creeky floorboards and single glazed windows.

The team at the Lamb went above and beyond: we had booked a dog-free room due to allergies and were shown to a room that had been deep cleaned by housekeeping to make extra sure that it would be as allergen free as possible. However, that room was on the ground floor,  and upon request we were able to switch to a first-floor room, the last free room available that night. It was just as clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. Many thanks to the Lamb team for being so flexible and accommodating.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, the ground floor of hotel is the pub, so no need to go outside at night.

Nice little hotel in the heart of Ely and within spitting distance of the cathedral and high Street. Restaurant downstairs served good food and the room was warm and beds comfortable. Bathroom was in bed of refurbishment, needed an engineering degree to figure out the shower

隔音樓板，感覺樓上客人來回走動，嘎吱嘎吱的感覺，樓板都快塌下來了似的，一點都不誇張，如果客人在樓上來回行動不睡覺你就休想休息了，真的住過這麼多酒店，沒發現樓板有這麼大噪音，甚至感覺危險性都非常非常強，建議大家辛苦點，在沒有電梯的情況下提行李上三樓千萬不要住二樓，白天看房間還可湊合，但晚上衹要樓上客人來回走動，你感覺到的噪音是你想象不到的，痛苦的想發瘋，熬到一點後沒辦法跟一樓的工作人員説了，也不知道她跟樓上的客戶説沒説，我下去找的時候門鎖都是鎖的，工作人員倒是看到我來回推門起來幫我協調，我自己回房間後，和之前是一樣一樣的吵，真的真的很痛苦，樓板要掉下來的感覺一點都不誇張！

Ely老建築的酒店，位置很方便。就是沒有電梯搬行李箱真的很痛苦，上上下下搬了幾輪。家裡小朋友讀書來探望，住這還是挺方便的。樓下餐廳很多本地長者在吃，環境不錯。房間是比較舊的設備，門是拿鑰匙開的。

Unpleasant staying because of noise at night made sleeping impossible. Ideal location though, quite an old structure and facilities.

Stayed here many times before for business 訂房網站s. The hotel is in a good central location. It's a bit dated but the beds are comfy and has everything you need. Breakfast is good too.
