Convenient located, close to city center and plenty of restaurants. If the duty manager (who checked me in) wasn’t grumpy or smiled more I would have given 5star to the service

I have been coming to this hotel for years and it's overall consistent. It's definitely showing its age now and some of the rooms have a smell to them. Luckily the front desk is helpful and friendly and accommodating. I am NOT happy that they are now charging parking after all these years. It was one of the main selling points for staying here.

The noise from the fridge and AC are unbearable. Can't sleep in that noise. End up have to turn on the TV for the whole night to cover the noise. Our window view is dirt. Bathroom has no hand soap but a big bottle of body lot. Terrible experience. Will not ho back again. Can't use the TV remote control to watch TV so we used YouTube on my phone.
