馬丁洛克島度假村 (Matinloc Island Resort)

Matinloc is a truly wonderful place. We had a great time there. It's peaceful, private, and incredibly beautiful! The people there are very friendly and welcoming. Every morning, a beautiful sunrise appears in front of the resort. The Filipino cuisine was delicious! If you're looking for a place with more privacy and excellent service, this is the resort for you. Congratulations to the entire Matinloc team.

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the 訂房網站, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

speed boat is not available. They only have 2 bangka for all the guests in the resort that you need to ask them 3x if theres any available bangka for the next day. They served same Food in the boat tours for two consecutive days we had☹️. almost miss our flight. the driver for the van was late. They need to coordinate this bangka and van transfers to airport prior cause they knew we have a flight. Too far from everything. 45mins(bangka) from the mainland to the resort so having more bangka and speed boats is a must. Overall I loved the view and staffs were nice and attentive. 🙂

Matinloc Island Resort is a perfect retreat after spending a few nights in El Nido town. The boat ride to get to the hotel is only 15 minutes. The staff is wonderful! They are very helpful for everything. The food options were good, but limited. The spa (massage + head massage) was wonderful! There are some ants and very few TV channels. The beach is beautiful and the room was clean. The staff really made the place special though.

Mantiloc resort is a paradise. If you are looking for a relaxing time in a unique spot this place is for you. The staff are so kind and helpful, they make it an amazing stay. The half day boat 訂房網站 is also well worth it and one of the best parts of our 訂房網站. The menu could do with being expanded, with more vegetarian and vegan options. Also a barista coffee option would make it perfect., though a nespresso machine was a available upon request

Oh, nothing to do there and then if you do do something they nickel and dime you to death

A beautiful hotel on a secluded island with a peaceful, quiet small beach. A speedboat transfer from El Nido Airport is arranged and takes about 30 minutes, which makes the journey smooth and convenient. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the mountain villa offers incredible views of the limestone cliffs and crystal-clear water. However, some of the fixtures and furniture look like they’re not maintained well. Most concerning, I had a mouse show up inside my mountain villa, which was disappointing. While I understand the resort is surrounded by nature, this is not something I would expect at this level, especially given the price. There appeared to be an unsealed pipe from a previously removed sink, which may have allowed it to enter. Proper sealing and pest control should be a basic standard. Upon complaint and request, I was given another room (in which the safe box was not working). There are several tours available, including the lagoons (a highlight of El Nido, though they can get crowded), as well as 訂房網站s to caves, Matinloc, and Cadlao. To me, the lagoons I saw on the lagoon tour are quite similar to those around Matinloc Island, maybe with more tree growth. The private tours can be way costlier than group ones (for which you’ll need 8 people).  In terms of sport activities, You can kayak right off the beach or arrange paid boat 訂房網站s for snorkeling or scuba diving (haven’t tried the latter two so not sure how coral reefs look like over there). Some other issues included power and water disruptions (2 hours on one day, 7 hours on another) due to maintenance. Also, There’s only one restaurant from which you can order food, and the gym is small and had no AC.   Overall, it’s a great getaway for anyone looking for a short (not more than 3 nights in my opinion), quiet downtime away from the crowds, but maintenance and cleanliness issues, especially the pest problem, make it difficult to justify the price.

Great location, delicious food, kind staff. Everything was generally clean and organized but in other places, they could have cleaned the sand away, around the pool, the stands and tables beachside, they didn’t do that there and it was a bit frustrating as it is nice to keep items out of the sand. The servers in the dining room could have been more aware of the guests needs. It is fine dining and there seemed to be an equal number of guests to staff and yet the servers did not seem aware of timing, drinks before appies, appies before dinner, sides served at the same time as a main etc. one evening we sat at our table for at least 30 minutes after finishing our dinner talking and drinking wine. We left to go for a walk and shortly thereafter our server chases us down to sign our bill which we couldn’t read because it was dark.

Потрясающий отель! Один из лучших на Филиппинах! 100% рекомендую!
