A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service and Breathtaking Views! I had a wonderful stay at Ahana Hotel, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Neil and Jay. Both of them are incredibly attentive and genuinely good at anticipating your needs before you even have to ask. I was the only guest during my entire stay, and instead of feeling alone, I felt genuinely special and well taken care of. That kind of hospitality is something you don't easily forget. I'll be honest: at first, I was a little disappointed to learn that transportation down the hill costs ₱700 per way, since the property is located on top of a hill. However, once I saw the breathtaking views, I understood the appeal of the location. The scenery is beautiful, and the hotel's aesthetics are absolutely amazing-every corner is Instagram-worthy! What impressed me just as much was how well-maintained the property is. Every time I saw the staff, they were busy working-dusting, keeping the floors dry and spotless, and making sure everything was clean and in order. You can really see the effort, pride, and hard work that go into maintaining this place. And Neil deserves a special mention. He's truly an asset to Ahana Hotel. His communication skills, attentiveness, and bartending skills are all impressive. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their work and the experience they provide to guests, and Neil definitely does. Thank you, Neil and Jay, for making my stay so memorable. The views may be what catch your attention, but the people are what make you want to come back. I'll definitely be back! Hopefully for a longer stay next time. Keep up the amazing work, Ahana team! ❤
