Pros: Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys! Cons: There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel. The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotel’s description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our 訂房網站 around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication. Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience. Overall: The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property. If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities! P.S. there’s cats! I’m not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area .

This hotel was great in both style and substance. Staff are super friendly, eg, Jonathan, the driver, and all the front desk staffs which i didn't get their name. Surely will be back again. The location of the hotel is closed to the Lio beach, walking distance. And surrounded by many restaurants. The room i booked has a small garden, my wife loves it very much.

Our stay at Piece Lio was a refreshing experience. The villa was spotless, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and comfort. The appliances were all modern and up-to-date, which made the stay extra convenient and hassle-free. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall comfort. The property itself had a unique charm set inside a beach compound with a jungle-themed design, it felt like a perfect balance of nature and modern living. Piece Lio delivers both relaxation and practicality, making it an excellent choice for anyone who values clean, well-maintained spaces with a touch of tropical character. My 2nd time 😂❤️

Piece Lio Hotel truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, every staff member was warm, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you for going above and beyond to fulfill all our requests and for delivering world-class service. I celebrated my birthday here, and the team went the extra mile to help my partner prepare everything perfectly. Their effort and attention to detail made the experience even more memorable. I also loved the room’s design, modern, minimalist, and very comfortable. Everything felt thoughtfully put together. We will definitely be coming back. Piece Lio is simply the best, you’ll never regret choosing to stay here! We had a wonderful stay at Piece Lio! Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. The airport transfer was swift and very well done, and we were able to check in early. The hotel helped us organise tours and 訂房網站s, and staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The room had very modern facilities, from a superb smart Chinese toilet to a Marshall speaker in the room, and a large fridge for drinks. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the walk in closet similarly was spacious and well organised. In addition, the location was incredible, within a 5 minute walk to Lio Beach and all the restaurants and bars included, as well as regular transfers to and from El Nido town proper. Next time we are back we look forwards to booking another stay with Piece Lio!

La chambre était grande, spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, avec une décoration épurée et contemplative, et une vue sur la forêt tropicale environnante, coupée du monde. A new hotel, great amenities. All the front desk staff were AMAZING. They were very attentive, and helped us make last minute arrangements to leave before a typhoon came in. They have a van that pretty much will take you wherever you want anytime. Food spots and the beach are a 3 minute walk. They have laundry services where you drop off your laundry and they come back pressed the next day. Overall an amazing experience. Will come back!
