My sister and I loved this hotel! The staff were wonderful, attentive, polite and extremely accommodating- I would definitely go back again just to talk to them again! The hotel itself is great, although it is a bit difficult to get to the higher rooms as there are no elevators, but that’s a small issue. Breakfast was great and it was so nice to have a balcony with a beautiful view of El Nido beach.

Even though we found this hotel on social media, the real thing did not disappoint. The staff was very attentive and even though we had a small problem with the airport pick up they’re more than made up for it with their service. Chilling by the pool, enjoying the food outside and inside as well as the spa treatments were all top-notch. Highly recommend and I would definitely go back.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were top-notch clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Whether it was the comfortable rooms, the relaxing pool area, or the well-equipped gym, everything exceeded my expectations. This hotel truly understands hospitality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

It was excellent wonderful location, walking distance to El Nido town, top notch service from beginning to the end. Front desk staff are all very welcoming and warm, they know you on a first name basis! Loved our stay! Rachel was amazing, Val was helpful everyone was lovely! The complimentary drinks in the room on the first night, the gifts, it is above and beyond! Superb!

here's your view lol this is the main road with lots of noise.. good luck sleeping truck and bus noise all night long... not the hotel for me

The service was perfect all around. After a delayed flight and a long time travelling by plane I arrived late my first day. The staff there at the desk was very understanding and were quick to get me to my room so I could sleep no hassle just straight there. The hotel has a relaxed friendly atmosphere, amazing breakfast buffet and staff that are always ready to help. Me and my partner attended the Friday evening buffet which included live music. These events and services are posted clearly at the Hotel lobby and the Staff know exactly what these events and services entail so there was never confusion about what they were included. Me and my partner also went on Island hopping tours on two of the days we were there. All I needed to do was to tell the desk we wanted to go and they made the call and setup everything. The hotel for me was almost perfect the only downside is the busy road outside. The hotel does provided ear plugs but I personally didn't need them.

My sister and I loved this hotel! The staff were wonderful, attentive, polite and extremely accommodating- I would definitely go back again just to talk to them again!
