位置，環境，早晚餐，服務，都超預期。我的朋友希望以後還能再住，並且多住幾天。這裡是山區，在盛夏，晚上還是很涼快。最知名的山地火車就從酒店旁的九孔橋經過。

Helpful service from Upul and Sithija especially Sithija. He did multiple tasks from rushing over a kilometre stretch and cheerfully took my weighty little suitcase while panting to getting me up the steep slope to the hotel on his motorbike. To driving me in the hotel's tuk tuk to Ella Town and finding a place for my laundry. He even plated the fried rice that I'd ordered from the nearby eat house and carried it up to my room. And while he was trying to send me to my next hotel, his tuk Tuk had a tyre burst. After fixing it, he gave a reassuring shake of his head and smiled Upul cooked a good breakfast and was a man of ideas. He helped me with travel information and when I decided to cancel my next hotel (wasn't easy to locate), he helped me with alternative accommodation (in Ella Town) Location : it's not near Ella Town (which is forgettable) but really within walking distance of 9 Arches Bridge. U wake up to a wonderful sensory experience of the lovely landscape from your balcony Rooms : Spacious and clean with big balcony. Go stay there. The path to the hotel might be narrow and uneven with pot holes but I didn't know how good it was till I left it!

숙소 너무너무너무너무 좋았어요-! 뷰도 최고고 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 숙소 컨디션이 정말좋았어요! 시내와 거리는있지만 시내까지 무료로 픽업해주시고 데릴러 오시기도 해주셔서 불편함을 못느꼈어요 ! 그리고 나인아치브릿지 걸어서 5분 거리여서 정말 편했어요! 시내에서 툭툭 타고 나인아치 브릿지 가거나 나인아치브릿지에서 시내 가려면 픽미는 안잡히고 거기 있는 툭툭을 타야하는데 비싼가격이더라구요 그래서 호텔에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용하니 오히려 시내에 숙소를 잡는것보단 좋았던거같아요!

Классный отель. Ребятам, которые там работают отдельное спасибо, так как было позднее заселение и шел дождь, но тем не менее они все время были на связи пока мы ехали к ним, а затем нас встретили внизу у дороги и помогли нам с рюкзаками. Номер новый и кажется, что в нем есть все. Завтраки вкусные. Виды восхитительные. Однозначно вернулись бы снова.

This place is beautiful. Right in the Ella jungle, with an incredible view. The room was beautiful - new, spacious and well equipped with everythng you'd need. It is literally a four minute walk from the Nine Arches Bridge. Getting into and out of town was easy - they offer a free tuk tuk service. The breakfast was very generous indeed and you will not go shy of fresh fruit! The two guys looking after the place were amazing - so kind and attentive; they will look after you. Solid recommend.

Although the location is a little inaccessible, that’s how the beautiful view of train coming out from tunnel can be seen. And the inaccessible location is overly compensated by the service, there is TukTuk to fetch you from Ella Town or Ella station when you arrive. During your stay, they fetched us back from Ella town after dinner around 9pm to the accommodation for the convenience. Also upon check out, they sent us back to Ella station. So, you can to enjoy the view in absolute nature without compromising the convenience. Absolutely love the place. Just walking distance to 9 Arch.

Хочется поделиться не просто отзывом, а искренней благодарностью за несколько дней абсолютного покоя и удовольствия. Это был не стандартный отдых, а настоящее перезаряжение. Это вилла в прекраснейшем месте , посреди зеленых холмов , чайных плантаций ! Номера просторные в отеле их только 2 , они с балконами и панорамным видом . Все чистое и опрятное . Мы путешествовали вчетвером и получалось , что дом только наш ! Это было восхитительно! Нам готовили завтрак ко времени , за 2 дня он был разнообразным. Большие порции , все очень вкусно фрукты , роти, бургеры , несколько вариантов яиц, блинчики и напитки на выбор . Рядом есть живописнейший Ж/Д мост , ресторан с местной кухней . До центра города 10 минут на тук туке по серпантину . Отдельная благодарность владельцу отеля и управляющему , всегда были готовы помочь/ рассказать и оказать помощь! С удовольствием еще вернемся !

Отличный отель в горах с прекрасным видом с балкона. Сам номер очень большой, хорошо оборудован. В холодильнике бесплатно: Напитки и пиво. Вполне съедобный завтрак. Ребята встретили на тук- туке, хотя мы приехали поздно и а дождь. Машина не могла проехать. Обслуживание замечательное.

When we originally booked there was only 1 review so we were hesitant to book but decided to anyway. It turned out to be the best decision and we couldn’t be happier. The room and view is absolutely beautiful. Watching the sunrise and hearing the birds from the big and comfortable balcony was a highlight of our 訂房網站. The hosts really thought of everything. They have a tuktuk service to take you into the city, the hotel is a few minutes walk from the nine arches, lots of amenities you might need, and delicious breakfast. We hope to stay again!
