The facilities are very good—modern, well-maintained, and with everything you might need. However, the pool was quite cold, and it would be much more enjoyable if it were heated. Regarding the room, I had specifically booked the 35 m² option (there were two room types listed: 26 m² and 35 m²). However, the room I received didn’t seem to match the size I had booked. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told that “all rooms are the same,” which was disappointing and made me question the accuracy of the information during the booking process. We had also requested a room with two single beds, but were given one with a double bed instead, and no change was offered. On top of that, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout the stay, even after I reported it and housekeeping came to clean. They didn’t add an air freshener or provide any lasting solution. Another small but inconvenient issue was that towels were only changed if I left a note for housekeeping—which shouldn’t be necessary in a hotel of this standard. The best part of the stay was definitely the breakfast: great variety, delicious food, and excellent service. The restaurant staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. In contrast, the front desk staff (particularly the women) were not very friendly or approachable, which was disappointing.

The hotel is worth this price. 4* with nice staff, good location in a quiet area, nice swimming pool and tasty breakfast. The pool bar is ok, it's a pity that there is no local choice for lunch at the restaurant. Room spacious, with the balcony. AC inside and the locker in the wardrobe. Cleaning each day. Really nice place. Hope to be back one day :)

Hotel reformado pero cómodo, tienes en el entorno todo lo que puedas necesitar: Supermercado, zona de restauración, la playa no es buena la que está enfrente porque la orilla es de roca. Pero a 2 minutos en coche tienes la cala de "La concha" pequeña playa muy cómoda. Los desayunos son normales, la limpieza oknormal y el hotel no tiene actividad. Por lo que es tranquilo no esperes nada de fiesta o marcha. Si consigues un buen precio te lo recomiendo.

Paid and booked for a pool view room. Was told hotel was overbooked on the day so only offered the option of a street facing room. Awake every morning from 7:30 with deliveries to the supermarket below and then drilling and construction work in a shop below. Not Trips fault. Tried to seek alternative accomodation before accepting the room but nothing locally available. Staff and food were excellent, but could not recommend as no assurance of getting what you paid for.
