由於狂風暴雨導致卡拉法特去查爾滕的所有公路都封閉了，我們無法按時到達入住。這家酒店非常良心，接受了我們免費改期並安排到了離去Fitz Roy徒步入口更近的一家同一集團旗下的另外一家酒店。問路時更有一個帥氣的阿根廷警察小哥哥好心帶路護送至酒店，讓人倍感溫暖。太喜歡埃爾查爾滕這個地方了，人好風景極美。

非常棒，早餐也很早，前台還可以提供徒步吃的三明治帶走，房間很乾凈，有暖氣，毛巾架都是電熱的，但是拉美要記得自己帶拖鞋

Hotel con buenas instalaciones, camas cómodas, habitación grande y baño espacioso así como buena calefacción y agua caliente. Como punto negativo, solo hay wifi en la zona de desayuno y recepción y, teniendo en cuenta que en todo el pueblo apenas hay cobertura es muy incómodo no poder conectarte en la habitación y tener que hacerlo solo desde allí. También destacar que salvo la chica que está en recepción por la tarde, que es encantadora, el resto fueron bastante bordes. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

A basic hotel that serves its purpose well for being near to the bus terminal. But it's quite a walk to the entrance of Fitz Roy Lagoons Trail. The reception staff was kind enough to prepare the breakfast takeaway for my early morning set off.
