Went to check in as it was almost 2am and I was not in the mood for conversation. The night manager asked me for my name 5 times and I had to eventually spell it out for him, how hard is it to check. When I first entered the room, the heat was on so high you could have baked a cake. Second thing I noticed was a giant spider on the ceiling. Had to climb on top of the bed to kill the monster spider. Need I say more?
