Quite a surprise when I was assigned to the top floor of the building as there was no lift and I had to walk all the way to the assigned room. Got myself bumped hard on my head at night as attic was low and I was looking for something after I turned off the light.

I booked the single room and was disappointed. I’m sure the bigger rooms are fine, but when you book a “luxury” hotel for that price point I expected more. My room was extremely small, there was not even a luggage rack provided for my suitcase. There was no barrier between the shower floor and the bathroom floor - it’s all one space. Also there was no AC and the open window which was necessary for the heat was open to the street so it’s noisy. Also breakfast was pretty sub par. Overall the hotel was fine but not for this “luxury” price point. I was really disappointed.
