完美的蘇格蘭風情體驗，賓至如歸！ 這次入住蘇格蘭人酒店的體驗簡直無可挑剔！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到濃厚的蘇格蘭文化氛圍，裝潢典雅又不失溫馨。 酒店地理位置絕佳，交通非常便利，去周邊的景點都非常方便。 前台工作人員非常熱情專業，辦理入住手續迅速，還貼心地為我們介紹了周邊的遊玩路線。主動幫忙搬運大件行李，讓人感到十分溫暖。 房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，床品非常舒適，讓我們一夜好眠。窗戶隔音效果很好，雖然地處繁華地段，但室內非常安靜。 早餐豐富多樣，特別是正宗的蘇格蘭早餐，味道很棒，讓人一天充滿活力。 總的來説，這是一次超出預期的入住體驗。無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，這裡都是絕佳的選擇。下次來一定還會再住，也會強烈推薦給朋友們！ A Perfect Scottish Experience with a Home Away from Home Feel! My stay at The Scotsman Hotel was absolutely impeccable! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the rich Scottish cultural atmosphere. The decor is elegant yet warmly inviting. The hotel's location is superb, with excellent transport links and very convenient access to nearby attractions. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and professional. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and they thoughtfully suggested some local sightseeing routes. They also proactively helped with our heavy luggage, which was a truly heartwarming touch. The room was spotless and well laid out, with incredibly comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The windows provided excellent soundproofing—despite being in a bustling area, the room was perfectly quiet. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the authentic Scottish breakfast was particularly delicious, giving us great energy for the day ahead. Overall, it was an experience that far exceeded my expectations. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to friends!

服務太超預期了!! 本是因為定的愛丁堡英迪格酒店，因為酒店裝修房間不提前發郵件告知，到前台辦理入住時跟我換到其他它們的備用酒店，完全都不是一個價格一個級別的酒店！氣死了！英迪格的服務和管理太差了！！ 恰逢又是週末在愛丁堡，差點兒訂不到酒店入住，現場緊急選到街對門的蘇格蘭人酒店，入住後進房間完全是驚喜！準備了迎賓香檳，房間色調非常溫馨適合入睡。辦理的時候，即使留宿一晚也沒有覺得前台有任何不好的態度和眼神，非常熱情介紹酒店提供的服務，留下還有一個非常有腔調的雞尾酒吧，衹是結束時間有點早，11pm就不提供酒單了。

Stunning hotel and absolutely beautiful room. Delicious breakfast and fantastic service. Call ahead to get some advice on the parking arrangements if you’re driving. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed here amazing. Easy to access Main Street and transport. Bedrooms are beautiful and all the added extras too. Staff very friendly. Loved the breakfast. We will definitely be back.

被安排在負2樓，沒有安靜的時候，不知道什麼聲音沒停過。隔壁就是儲藏室。廁所的毛巾感覺是地上撿起來疊一下就放那。想換房間，説酒店就一個家庭房。

非常好，服務很熱情，晚上到的酒店，帥帥的小哥前台還給我們升級了房間，超級大帶客廳，洗手枱都有兩個，環境也很乾凈整潔，離愛丁堡火車站特別近，酒店後門出來就能看到火車站的入口，若下次還有機會來愛丁堡依然選擇這家酒店

很有歷史價值的百年建築，前台服務人員親切，房間整齊清潔，距離超市及火車站都很近，臨近愛丁堡著名的城堡，是觀光旅遊非常方便的住宿酒店，下次來愛丁堡，那就會選擇這一家酒店。

我住的這個房間雖然不是很大，但是高級感很強，室內裝修設計風格很不錯，住在七樓街景房，可以看到對面的希爾頓和卡爾頓山，整體來説還是很不錯的，就是價格小貴，其他同等星級的酒店在我住的時候相對來説要便宜些

離火車站很近，可惜到達的時候繞了個大遠路 房間比較大畢竟是此次旅途最貴的酒店 早餐還不錯 然後就沒有然後了 樓下的餐廳我真的會謝 素食牛排我真的救命 前台態度一般沒有雨傘可以借 馬路上居然有人偷傘 電梯很小 房間emmmm房間的門把手把我腳砸傷了 洗澡水不是很大 想住王子街上有蘇格蘭禮賓的酒店！！ 那裡服務一定比這家好很多 那天去問餐廳就感受到了
