愛丁堡大學夏日住宿 (Summer Stays at The University of Edinburgh)

It was my first time staying in a university dorm as a tourist. It reminded me of my student days. The reception staff who handled our check-in were very friendly and most helpful. At the reception, we learnt about the self-service laundry, breakfast, convenient shop, bar and lounge etc. The room was of a decent size. In fact larger than some hotels. The ensuite toilet and shower were small but adequate. WiFi was strong enough. Good that there was a lift. Tourists like us do carry quite heavy baggage.. Although the room faces the open space where students gathered, the noise did not pose any issue at all. It did not go on late into the night. There were a few lounges. A pantry. A games room. Breakfast was really very good. The restaurant was huge. The buffet was well organised. Food was freshly cooked. Eggs, sausages, haggis, cereals, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, all kinds of bread, etc. The atmosphere was incredible. Just like any campus full of youthful energy. The campus was beautiful just at the foot of Arthur's Seat. And bus transport to the city centre is readily available. It is actually not far to walk.

愛丁堡大學的住宿性價比非常高，早飯也很好，特別是能夠回到大學感到很開心，宿舍離開亞瑟王座比較近，去皇家一英里等的話，步行稍微有點遠。網上説check in的地方不太好找，我們一下子就找到了。還可以寄包非常滿意。

The room was a single bed with shared bathroom located at the Grant House on the property. I arrived early in the morning and was allowed to leave my bag with reception. I explored the city and came back in the afternoon to check in. My room was dated but clean. It has a single bed with two pillows and a duvet. It was comfortable to sleep in. The room has a sink in the room as well which was handy as I could easily wash up in the room. There is access to the common pantry on the same level with microwave, electric kettle and small refrigerator. Laundry facilities is also available on the same floor. There were 3 individual shower room on the same floor. I used my own toiletries as the ones provided didn’t feel adequate. The shared shower rooms were cleaned daily by the housekeeping team. I was given two sets of bath towels for my stay. Reception was open 24/7. Free Wi-Fi access and lots of power sockets within the room. Hangers were provided in the wardrobe as well. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and plenty of fruits. Plus good selection of coffee, tea and juices. Good affordable accommodation for solo travelers. Location is easily accessible with local bus with bus stop just 5-7mins walk. Arthur’s seat is located just behind the property and easy access to a beautiful walk and hike.

시내에서 조금 멀지만 걸을만 합니다. 주변에 고풍스러운 대학 건물들이 있어서 산책하기 좋습니다. 객실은 현대식 건물이지만 깨끗하고 침구도 청결해요 가격대비 훌륭한 숙소. 며칠 묵기에도 좋아요

就在愛丁堡大學裡麵，背靠亞瑟王座，在八月份愛丁堡藝術節期間這個價位能夠住到這樣的宿舍性價比很高。房間和淋浴間都很乾凈，早餐豐盛，前台也很熱心，樓下就有小超市，如果要買點東西也很方便。出行的話需要走路到外面公交車站，大概十幾分鍾，公交車還是挺多的。

愛丁堡的夏日又逢國際藝術節，住宿隨便都很貴，看平台推薦發現了愛丁堡大學這個summer stay，但一早就滿房了，於是時不時刷一下居然搶雙床房兩晚。酒店地理位置很好，citiwalk到市中心20分鐘，uber10分鐘，公交也很方便。安全乾凈。雖然房間設施略簡陋，但在大學校園裡是獨一份的特別體驗，還能和學生們一起共進早餐～

受付の建物を探すのに少し迷いました。朝食は7:30〜10:00でビュッフェでした。溫かい料理は品數も多く、またブラックプディングやハギスもありスコティッシュブレックファーストが食べられました。シャワーは固定でしたが水圧や溫度に問題はありませんでした。扉の音や生活音が少し聞こえやすいです。バスでの移動が必要ですが朝食付きでこの料金ならお得だと思います。ぜひお勧めしたいです。

25 mins walk from the city, Holyrood distillery nearby, you can also hike up to Arthur seat in 30 mins. Can get to supermarket in 15 mins. Breakfast included and you can order breakfast box if you have to leave before 7am. Great value for money. Downside is that the check in instructions is not that clear and might take some time to find the reception

房間衞生可以吧，就是入住期間不來打掃，需要自己動手倒垃圾之類，其他中規中矩，主打一個性價比，環境很好，早餐很豐富，最大的優點是有洗衣房，而且還很便宜，遇到的學生都很熱情很友好，工作人員也不錯

房間比較小，就不到十平米，有獨立洗手盤，廁所和浴室都是共用的，大概十間房有兩個廁所和一個浴室，室外公共區域很大，可以逛逛，早餐是最讚的，很大的餐廳，除了咖啡機也不用怎麼排隊，品種很多
