大不列顛愛丁堡酒店 (Britannia Edinburgh Hotel)

我訂的無窗房，價格便宜。酒店設施齊全，但較為老舊，部分衞生有待提高，服務仍有改進空間。但是離市中心位置很近，如果不追求環境可以選擇

性價比無敵。早餐中規中矩。位置離haymarket火車站比較近，不過沒有公交車，要走過去，大概20分鐘。去市中心景區，也需要走10分鐘到達有公交的街區。其實走到愛丁堡城堡估計也就30分鐘。前台服務人員態度良好。

位置比較偏遠，但附近剛好有個景點，還沒不錯的。 只是隔音效果沒很好

酒店雖然離市區有點距離，但是非常安靜，環境很好，旁邊就是一個大公園，父母早上去散步，空氣很好！靠近Dean village ，可以感受不同與市區的鄉村環境。房間較為滿意，不好不壞。

酒店距離Waverley火車站乘Bolt網約車大約一二十分鐘，沒有直達的巴士，坐巴士的話一共要走二十多分鐘，拉著沉重的行李十分辛苦。酒店十分安靜，環境不錯，很舒適。單點晚餐和早餐很美味，寄存行李一天需要付款3英鎊。感謝工作人員的服務！

I did not expect glitz and glam by any means, but what I found at the Britannia Edinburgh was abysmal, especially for the price. The staff upon arriving was cold, and bordering on inattentive, but not quite rude. A positive was they do have a luggage room that you can store luggage if you arrive earlier than check in, so you can then walk around the city and see the sights. Location is good. Was a short and easy 15 minute walk into Old Town. My main issue, and why I cannot in good faith ever recommend this place, is that it was absolutely filthy. The reception was dingy, but the room we were assigned (511) was disgusting. It appeared that housekeeping came in and made the bed and that was it. I cannot even say if they put fresh sheets on. I went to the toilet, washed my hands, and grabbed a crumbled towel on the windowsill that I had assumed was just used by my girlfriend. What I found was a hard dirty towel, that had biological fluids and who knows what other bodily fluids dried and crusted over in it. Just left from the last tenants. I went down to the desk because there is no phone in the room and no one was answering from my cell, so I hiked down to the desk to bring this to the receptionists attention. In his defense, he was very apologetic and gave me a full set of fresh towels and assured me someone would come to retrieve the disgusting dirty towel. Bare minimum in my opinion for this kind of issue but at least it will be out of my sight. Return to the room, and begin to investigate around more thoroughly. Proceed to find cut toenails all over the carpet, a dirty mug under the bed, bits of cut underwear/panties in the corner of the bathroom. At this point I cannot trust that the bedding is in fact clean, so I return to reception to point this all out. We’re moved to room 515, room is dingy but looks at least cleaned beforehand. Reluctantly stay the night and promptly leave the next day with one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and the knowledge that I paid £150 for this travesty of a business.

避雷！和朋友連住4晚，體驗差到想連夜搬走，給3分都純屬客氣！ 寒冬入住，房間製熱形同虛設，室溫低到離譜，找前台要被子居然説沒多餘的，我們裹著衣服蓋被子硬扛，整晚凍得睡不著。衞浴更是槽點拉滿，馬桶要按好幾次才出水，沖水力度弱到沖不乾淨，每次用都鬧心。最離譜的是衞生服務，四天連個保潔的影子都沒見著，垃圾桶堆成山，浴巾也沒人換，房間臟亂差到不像正規酒店。更別提晃悠的桌椅、接觸不良的插座，老舊到讓人崩潰。10點強製退房的規矩倒是挺嚴，可這硬件和服務，完全配不上它的定價！真心勸大家別來，尤其是和朋友出遊想圖舒服的，衹會讓行程添堵…

Was fearing the worse after reading all the reviews but thankfully the room was still acceptable for a short stay. Only 1 staff at reception.

Room wasn’t available until 16:05 instead of 15:00 not nice to put something in bathroom bucket to find it’s not been emptied 🤢

全無酒店服務可言,櫃檯態度fu衍,設備間陋，不會再來. 坐電車到酒店途中掉失行李,已留下酒店電話房號姓名給電車公司,如有來電請代留意轉告，但櫃檯竟說未必會有人接電話，胡亂給我一個外面失物報失站,沒有半點幫忙的意願.
