酒店在愛丁堡的地理位置一般，沒有在市中心。房間位置在負 一樓（ground floor），房間樓上就是早餐區，早上客人們在樓上吃早飯移動凳子，樓下房間裡就會有刺耳的聲音。會把人吵醒。看衞生間設施，安排的好像是殘疾人🧑🦼房間

離主要景點不遠但是愛丁堡城區高低起伏，如果有行李箱的話很痛苦，我從west end拖到酒店累半死。酒店本身挺乾淨的，前台服務好，房間裡面被子有點厚，睡覺感覺略熱。淋浴的噴頭水壓很大，淋浴間門的防水膠條變形了水會流到外面去。

這是我人生中住的性價比最差的酒店！憑什麼值這個價格？ 1. 房間小. 2 .房間沒窗，沒有燒水壺 3.酒店沒有行李員，大門還沒有行李通道，進門還有幾級台階。年齡大的旅客，都不知道怎麼搬上去？

Well didn't had a very good experience. Reason being the below: - because the hotel in the name of sustainability and environmental friendly ignores all your requests. - we requested a room with twin bed which over call was confirmed and later when we were at the property we were denied stating that the rooms are all full - we were told that there 200 customers always waiting for them to refill the room soo thats the reason they really cannot help us. And they signalled us if we want we can change the hotel but refund cannot be promised since the booking is not directly don't from them - in washroom the towels were dirty water kept running in commode non stop. - I paid another 200 euros upfront to help myself and the same issue was being seen there as well. -- overall a very bad experience with staff available 24/7 just to come with fancy words to deny ur request in the name of that there waiting list is high and we can change the hotel without any refunds. I will ensure that this complaint has been escalated to the highest point and will post the same on there website as well as google review as well.
