設施各項還行，但是在半地下室。且網絡非常差。衞生間及淋浴房還行。打個75分吧！離市中心四五公里

Arrived at property same time as another guest and he phoned owner who gave us code to get in and let us know we’re to get keys for room. Room was lovely with tea and coffee facilities and comfy bed. Bathroom sink was blocked. Overall nice accommodation and close to bus stop for town.

Not recommended! Solid foundation for its mere 2.6-star. Rooms said to have windows, which is true except the whole room located in basement, looking through the narrow window only thing seen is vehicle plates and wheels. No wifi connection and poor signal for cellular data, ie. no chance to access the internet in your room at all. Light bulb is fixed to the socket by electrical tape. Is this even legitimate in UK? In my country this causes hotel owners fine and even suspension of the business. It is fully understandable that a family business cannot operate key card system. Letting guests collect keys from front desk is proven equivalently effective, unless the manger does not even have a proper knowledge of available keys and rooms. The hotel manager first led me to unlock a checked-in room, until I saw some others’ personal belongings on the floor. Then the manager rearranged me to another room, but there was no key to the room. Letting me wait for 20mins in the hall, the manager arrived and found out that the key has not been returned by the previous guest. Seems that personal safety and privacy are put in risk.

Top hotel, very accommodating for arrival and departure. Very well located I recommend this hotel

英國的隔音效果都不怎麼好，隔壁進出房間這裡都能聽得很清楚，而且儘量選獨立衞浴吧

If you are not poor as me please don’t come. Everything is old, the blanket, the bathroom tap, room door, and lock, OLD. I did struggle with the hot water tap, I stayed for 3 nights. Still, not understanding the mechanism, well I managed to use hot water but every time I take some time to get hot water. The room use key to open, not key card, and the door is old, every time I’m afraid if the key broke inside the door. I can’t use the lobby WiFi, end up using data. You need to take 20 minutes bus to get to city centre, 3-4mins walk to bus station. However, in the night time that road is quiet so if you are a girl and come alone not really recommended. Especially, I visited Edinburgh in Winter, sky get dark around 4pm, you know. STAY SAFE If you do live here, please REMEMBER to ask the password of the gate. (No one tells me about it, almost get locked for whole night) NO ROOM CLEANING, well you can’t really ask much with the price😬 Cuz I order single room so the toilet and bathroom is outside from the bedroom so every time I need to lock the door if I need to pee. It also mean everyone can use my toilet. Your room have a water tap and it also mean you will hear water running through the pipe if someone using.
