差評！最大的問題是火警警報總是無緣無故在房間巨大聲響起，在走廊響起！ 半夜十二點多房間響起警報嚇人，然而什麼事都沒有發生！ 第二天問前台也説不出原因，衹説可能是……! 第二天中午在房間也無緣無故響起了！ 這裡的管理人員不把它當回事！ 這是極其恐怖的，英國人不懂狼來了的道理嗎？ 下次真的火災發生，警報響起，大家都不當回事繼續睡大覺！ 衞生問題，床不舒服 臟，椅子的皮都掉花了 幾十年古董 前面有人晒過圖片。 火警警報問題希望酒店管理人員重視起來！

I didn't expect to be something like that, very old and the staff weren't friendly. You weren't even allowed to eat at the reception as a resident of the hotel where there are loads of empty tables and chairs. Thankfully, the room was very clean.

The hotel room is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. In terms of location, it’s few minutes walk from the bus and tram station, as well as next to a supermarket. The down side is although there is lift, you have to walk half floor of stairs to reach the reception or the room which is a bit weird and inconvenient with luggage.

If you can get over the odd lay out and outside aesthetic, the OX Manchester is great. The staff are nice and approachable, the room is nice and the bathrooms are clean and new. Breakfast is great and the dining area is set up well. OX Manchester is also close to Metro link which makes it ideal if you don’t want to drive further into the city.

호텔처럼 안생긴 건물에 갑자기 호텔이 있어서 찾기가 쉽지 않았어요. 그러나 건물 외관과는 달리 내부 시설은 생각보다 훨씬 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 특히 바로앞에 대형마트가 있어서 간단히 뭐 사먹기에도 딱 좋아요

The service was very good, staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the linen and pillows could be improved, as the duvet inners & pillows were too flat and not very comfortable.
