Pathetic experience. The property is extremely dirty, services are worse and the management is worst. We had to ask for everything. Even had to fight to get a reasonable mattress for extra bed, to get our room cleaned. After paying hefty service charges, we could not get even a morning cup of tea in our room. Nobody was available at the time of checking out to carry our luggage. After taking up issues with management the things got worsen. It is totally waste of money and you don't get good vibes while staying there.

Hotel is very old and not well maintained. Rooms are untidy, and the washrooms are unclean. The hotel smells awful. Mattresses provided were also smelling. We did not have the strength to order anything to eat. Not at all recommended.

nice rooms with a view towards football stadium clean room, good and polite staff. tasty breakfast. lunch and dinner we had outdoors as we were on sightseeing most of time. MG marg walkable distance of 15 minutes. or u can hire a taxi outside the hotel for MG marg at 50 to pay.

Good stay. Not a luxury sophisticated hotel. You can't get all the amenities or facilities without asking. But some staff members are very nice and friendly. They are helpfull. Like mr. Badal sinha. He is a very helpful person. Thanks to him.

They give priority to the tourists who book rooms directly from them. For others they dont even think about the least possible service. Only the location/view is advantageous. Expect that everything is extremely horrible. They gave us a room with no TV, no mug in the bathroom, geyser not working, no proper service, foul smell in the bathroom and they didn't even attempt to clean the room during our entire stay. We ordered food using Zomato as they told there is no non veg food available and unable to serve us. It's as if you could just come here and stay in our room and just use bed. Don't expect anything else from us. Furthermore, the owner is a Bengali. It's no surprise that the service will be subpar.

I find this property through makemy訂房網站. The hotel room were spacious and neat. Also the toilets were neat and clean. Beautiful view of himalayas mountain. Thank you

The staff was lovely and hospitable. The room was spacious and had a lovely view. The only drawback was they didn’t have the geyser working properly which they later fixed upon requesting but overall it was a wonderful experience staying there

1. Room was good. Clean n hygiene. 2. Room service was average. 3. Food ( breakfast) was average. 4. Responds timing of housekeeping was not so fast. 5. Hotel location is good.
