Shortage of staff, no maintainance of rooms, water leakage from bathroom had to change room at 10pm. Got a smaller room then what i booked. Food was very good.

Perfect place to stay if you are travel-ling solo and also with family. The access to main entrance of the hotel is directly connected to main road which is very rare to get in hills. Very professional staff beautiful ambience and perfect meals like home made. Rooms were clean and the location is also perfect near to mg marg and-also u can get the local taxi from the door of hotel. Highly recommended

Nothing is better than this location in gangtok for family 訂房網站. It was pleasant to see that the luggage was taken care off while check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and the attached toilet was one point above as expected. Food not tried. Intercom didn't work but cell phone always responded. Recommended.

One of the best stays in gangtok, the food quality, staff behaviour, amenities all are excellent. Mainly for our baby when we reqd for cooking foods they help it every time.

The room was very small and not at all sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids. The sheets had stains and was not clean. There was only 1 light working in the bathroom. There was no blanket cover. Too much noise from the road. Not at all worth 5000

pros - situated next to mg road where main market, restaurants and pubs are located. one can enjoy the night life easily staff is good and humble when you talk with them cons - 1) no electricity from 11 pm till 7:30 am 2) very stained toilet seat. cannot post pic , it’s so dirty 3) stained towels and no hand towels provided 4) no blanket cover on blanket. thus blankets are used by many people. 5) lot of traffic and people noise specially very early morning 6) they want you to check out at sharp 11 am. 7) no coffee in the room only cheap tea bags 8) shady lobby 9) phone not working in the room
