On the road hotel. Away from the mg road. House keeping cleanliness nice, well behavior staff.

Hotel is situated in location i travel-led for university purposes, so if you are looking for place near university this place is better, you can find other hotels but with quite a distance. You can find taxi service just outside the hotel if travel-ling to city area. Make sure you have you dinner before 9 as everything suits down by then, i landed up with the situation at 9. 30, only food place you find will be dominos. So if you are not a fast food lover then have your food in hotel before time, i'm not sure about other hotels but this place has less staff which makes difficult to manage the service. This place is appropriate for students if you are on holiday then surely fund some other place.

hotel is ok ok. no lights over mirror in bathroom. rooms are very small. no good near by restaurant to eat. staff was good and polite. rooms were near and clean.

The room was clean and tidy. It is located in front of sikkim manipal institute of medical sciences! the food is also very good but it's all veg though.

The room was comfortable and there was a good connectivity of wifi. The view from the hotel was very nice. I will always say that nirvana inn is good hotel and good for travellers.

The room was good but the receptionist out there had no hospitality,, lack of water supply, we reached there in the midnight. The geaser out there was not working in the room which they allotted to us and they were not ready to do any management for that. The only option they gave to us were either to change the room which was very small according to our booking either to take shower in cold water during midnight that too no changes in price. And in the morning there was no water till 11 am. And they were not able to manage anything for us.

Hello. Checked into the property @8pm. Soon after checking in i requested for a bottle of water which i didn't receive till the next morning. As i came to my bed, i saw cockroache on the bed. The tv did not have any subscription and had to sleep without entertainment even after paying. At around 8. 30pm i had requested to provide me a restaurant menu in my room, but in vain as nobody showed up, and after waiting for long, when i went to the restaurant @ 9. 30pm the incharge said that the last order time has passed. Ordering online now, hopefully if i get something better to consume. Wholesome sad experience.
