Great hospitality by ginger hotel staff front office was very good specially roshni bi-pasha and food was very good good room with view rooms

Hotel and rooms were good but service was terrible. Room service was especially terrible. I think that hotel is short of staff.

The property is located quite far from the MG Marg area but easily accessible by cabs. Its located in a quite area with little to explore outside within walkable distance. The food at the restaurant was average at best but the service was good.

Spacious, neat and clean room. Property is 10km away from mg road market, location is good, good buffet food. Service is also satisfactorily. Overall stay was excellent in ginger.

Good stay & worst staffs, one staff in the reception said sleep in hunger, it is your problem and can do anything @10:45pm

Not worth the price they are charging it’s a budget hotel type above 4th floor u have to again change elevator lift is super slow no one to carry luggage, it’s a self service hotel no cab available, u will have to walk for 5mins to taxi stand mg marg or mall is kms far with will take 20-30 mins while returning from mg marg it’s difficult to find cab at night and will charge double most of the rooms do not have any view reception interior is dull and basic pros: rooms are small but good bathroom is good newly made hotel clock room available big hotel with i think 90 rooms breakfast is ok types with sachet for coffee
