We had to change rooms thrice but every room had something missing. Sometimes it's the hand towel that's missing, sometimes the cupboard is broken, the walls were dampened and had cracks in them in one of the rooms we stayed. One of the rooms that we stayed in, had a broken lock. We slept the whole night without any security only to realise the broken lock the next morning. Additionally, out of 2 of the bed side sockets, one would never work and that's common in every room. Pros: the staff was polite and courteous though. The breakfast was tasty. The view from the first room was beautiful

I absolutely loved it. The manager and staffs are well behaved, Rooms are absolute worth it of the cost, Next time I visit for sure I'll stay here. 🖤✨

Worst hotel i ever stayed in. Unwanted policy they have made in their hotel. I request makemy 訂房網站 should ban this hotel. I suggest everyone not to stay in this hotel

Stayed for 3 nights at the 4th floor with mountain view and was lucky to have left just one day before the disaster struck the state. 5th floor would have provided a better view. Has a nice restaurant at the 1st floor and a very nice bar on the rooftop. Very good hotel for those going by their own car as it is right on the nh10. Mg marg is not on a walkable distance but rs. 30 is all you need to reach there. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff. Overall stay was very good and nothing to complain.

The room was not ready at the time of arrival despite coming 5 hours late on check in time. Tv was not working. The bathroom did not have basic amenities. Overall the quality of staying was so poor that we left the hotel one day in advance and moved to some other hotel.

24×7 room service not available...8 am we ordered 2 cup tea but they respond this time buffet running so room service not available..so i think this is poor service.But overall reception staff are very good and helpful.hotel is good net and clean.Thank you
