All facilities are best. Location are good. Room prices is high but overall experience is best. Fooding quality is good

The location of the property is good, but the service is not up to the mark. The manager was least concerned about the service part. Tv / room service phone was not working. Wifi was available, but there was a low range in the room. Food was average. Cleanliness was good. Complementary breakfast was average very low choice of food. In total, it was an average stay.

The rooms were clean. The food was also nice but some food items need to be looked after like garlic naan and plain daal, apart from these the other were good. The hotel staff was really nice and answered all the questions which we asked. The view was top notch. Overall it was a good experience to stay at this hotel

Location of the hotel was perfect as it was very close to the snot bus stand, mg road, atm, local market etc. Taxi was easily available, the restaurant was good and the staff was supportive. Although the property lacks maintenance as basic amenities were missing such as toilet flush, electric kettle was broken.

1. Reception and restaurant both do not pick up calls, you will have to walk everytime. 2. Dampness in bedsheet and towel, were not changed even after asking. 3. No connection in tv. 4. Very poor wi-fi connectivity.

The rooms were spacious. The hotel was located near lal bazar which is close to the main market mg marg. The room service was average. Overall i would recommend to stay and enjoy the scenic view from roof top from the hotel.
