It's a good hotel...location wise perfect...price wise we feel a bit expensive...connecting road a bit damaged...pure veg hotel...room dining services sometimes delayed....buffet good but Ala-carte found to be on expensive side as quantity and price doesn't match...overall a good experience..had it been lessor charges for room and food services it would be a perfect one to stay and dine....as it's in outskirts inhouse food only available for use...hope my review helps in upgrading services...thanks

The location of the hotel is the best. You can view the gangtok city from the hotel. I had booked a penthouse, which was big enough for an ideal family and the views from the balcony were mesmerizing. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. Food quality was also good. My children enjoyed the stay.

It was a good stay, comfortable rooms, with nice view. The staff was friendly, the only thing was it is 30 mins away from market and the cab drivers charge a lot.

It was great to stay at the our o montana hotel. It is located about 13 km from gangtok. The hospitality is very good. The staff is very polite and professional. I stayed in a penthouse. The size of the rooms, balconies and bathrooms are quite large. Overall. I would like to give this hotel a 9/10 rating.

The hotel was itself a spot for tourist. My god my best decision ever, they were so clean and hygienic and specially the staff they were so polite and even had smile 24*7 specially Smita and mandeep who served us food so many times with a smile not even saying a word and the beautiful receptionist domit leptcha who welcomed us so nicely with pleasant smile ♥️ its a nice hotek in gangtok then only demerit is its far away than main city gangtok but then if you guys are wishing for a beautiful view guyz come to this hotel its cheap even

We stayed at Oro Montana for 2 nights. We were visiting Gangtok with family and the staff at Oro Montana catered to the needs of all, be it our parents or our 1.5 years old daughter, with utmost respect and care. Options were limited when it comes to food but àvailable food was delicious. Would love to rate the hotel as 5 but the location is not good and takes a lot of time to locate and reach the hotel and it's far off from the main city. Otherwise our stay at hotel was very good.

I found the entry experience was totally diff from any other property they served us hot black tea ☕️ n then the staff they are just soo humble n very cute hahaha .. view is breathtaking it’s totally worth booking oro for sure .
