阿爾維娜酒店 (Alvina Hotel)

Hotel bagus, ada spot bagus utk poto2. Kamar agak sempit. Di rooftop ada resto, pemandangan cukup bagus, bisa melihat sekeliling kota Siantar. Depan hotel ada resto. Jalan kaki ke kanan sekitar 40m, ada bbrp pilihan tempat ngopi yg enak.

這家ALVINA酒店是先達市區排的上號的大酒店，設施雖然有些年代了，但衞生條件和服務水平都很棒。順帶一提，酒店的印尼餐很正宗，推薦！

Staff need training in dealing with guests as being special and responsible for paying their wages. Pushing past guests to enter a lift as staff member is simply rude! Some staff such as security out front excellent. Breakfast I don't even bother with as they can't even provide milk for a coffee let alone anything decent to eat!

Alvina Hotel & Cafe is one of the best budget hotel in Pematang Siantar city. It is located at the Megaland complex, which is around 5 minutes drive away from the city center. It is a modern hotel that is equipped with cafe on the ground floor, meeting room and rooftop restaurant. Within walking distance from the hotel, there are housing complex, business centres, restaurant, etc. Room rate was still affordable. The Standard Room was quite cramped. The room came with air conditioning, TV set, in house telephone, in room dining, mineral water, hot and cold water shower. Free WiFi was available at the room and the speed was not bad.The bed comfiness was just so so. Free simple buffet breakfast was provided for all in house guests. Taste of the food was good. Breakfast spread was consisted of rice with dishes, fried rice, fried noodle, toast, porridge, slice fruit, traditional cakes, tea and coffee. The hotel staff's hospitality was not bad. Parking was provided at the road side in front of the hotel.

Its good for me to in that location and customer service are very good..

Secara keseluruhan bagus,, hanya masukan sedikit utk menu sarapan aja yg kurang menurut saya

The hotel is good, clean, staff friendly and so helpful. Will be back
