東墨爾本索拉酒店 (SORA East Melbourne)

晚上到達酒店時已經是自助check in時段，需要聯絡客服電話以便獲取房卡。不過熱水不穩定而且浴缸去水太慢，花灑有點漏水，整晚聽到滴水聲音。 酒店位置不錯鄰近tram及metro站，步行300米有hungry jacks

就是原來的comfort inn改的名字， motel級別的吧！

내가 방을 비운 동안 누군가가 방에 들어와서 가방들을 열어 봤습니다. 호텔 매니저에게 항의하자 그럴리가 절대 없다고만 하네요

I booked two nights in advance for $155 per night. Save your time and don't bother booking here. At first glance, the room looked acceptable, but it quickly became clear that cleanliness and maintenance are major issues. The elevator appears to have been out of service for a long time, with a noticeable build-up of dust near the entrance. The carpets throughout the building were dirty, and the room itself was far from clean. The walls were stained and marked, the vanity had not been properly cleaned, and there was toothpaste residue left behind. The bathroom had mould growing in the tile grout, and the wall-mounted soap holder was broken, leaving sharp edges exposed. More concerning, the shower screen was not securely attached, with bolts missing and the glass feeling unsafe. The shower floor and bathtub were heavily stained, appearing as though a bath mat had been left in place for an extended period and never properly cleaned underneath. During the evening, there was a distressed young woman screaming, crying, and banging on the reception glass after hours, which was quite unsettling. To top it off, the vending machine didn't even dispense cold drinks. The only positive thing I can say is that the location is close to the MCG. Unfortunately, that is not enough to make up for the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and overall experience. I would not recommend staying here.
