墨爾本逸蘭議會花園酒店 (Lanson Place Parliament Gardens)

地理位置優越，環境優美,衞生乾淨。服務人員熱情周到。出行便利。對面的公園可以晒太陽，休息。一層的coffee 也很棒.

房間佈置的還不錯，環境還可以，房間準備的自來水瓶有點臟，對入住福利介紹不詳細，連住了三天好像沒有換床單。地理位置很適合來旅遊，離唐人街和city其他景點很近，也沒有噪音。

酒店比較新，地理位置也不錯，可是我是看中窗外風景才決定選這家酒店的，結果給我安排的1樓房間，窗戶外是隔壁樓的牆，簡直無語🙄，因為每天行程滿滿也懶得找他們換房間了，總之住的不太開心

乾淨， 地段很好。 早餐較簡單。 是西式， 酒店不是奢華類型， 更像商務

設施：很好，酒店新開不久 衞生：打掃比較乾淨 環境：很好，位置很好，景觀也很好 服務：前台和禮賓服務都很好，還在早上十點就給了房間提前入住。

房間非常整潔，酒店裝修好，服務人員態度非常好，可以寄存行李，幫忙送往預訂房間。套房帶廚房，安排在12樓，窗外風景太美了。衞生間乾濕分離，房間設施齊全，有牙刷和拖鞋。澳洲酒店一般沒有牙刷和拖鞋。建議可以頂帶早餐的，早餐區很不錯👍雖然不大，但是麵包、咖啡、果汁都齊全。下次來繼續預訂，靠近唐人街和墨爾本博物館，購物也很方便

這次與女兒一起來Melbourne玩，房間設施完善，早餐雖不多但很好吃，工作人員服務態度很好，下次再來。

We had multiple issues with our 7 nights stay. Which some has been addressed and fixed immediately. One thing we do recommend to confirm check upon arrival or when booking. Lack of view - we’ve booked the 1 bedroom premium room. From the pictures it looked like floor to ceiling big windows with open view but we were assigned to a room situated in the heritage floors (2nd) which the windows are 1.5m high so have to tippy toes to see the view. Limited sunlight also, bathroom has no window. Issues we encountered 1) hall way light - wasn’t working on the first night when we checked in at 11pm. We couldn’t even find our room number cause it was so dark, we used the torch on our phone. Wasn’t a nice first impression if you are scared of dark hallways. The sensor was fixed the next day. 2) phone wasn’t working - so we couldn’t contact the front desk. We got in late with a toddler, so we put on ‘do not disturb’ sign but someone banged the door at 8am, to reach us to ‘fix the issues’. Not sure why can’t they just slip us a note under the door. 3) so many flies - the breakfast restaurant have serious pest issues. There were more than 10 flies flying around the buffet and the tables. We didn’t feel comfortable eating there after one visit. The whole duration of the meal, we were waiving off the fly. Major hygiene concern! 4) housekeeping was very average, barely cleaned the room daily. Only made the bed. 5) overall the staff were all friendly, special appreciation to the male staff at the breakfast room. The lady duty manager didn’t seem friendly, carries an attitude and likes to talk over you. Location is great, round the corner from the tram line. Will I stay again, most likely not. Feels more like a 4 star hotel, definitely not 5 star.

4인 가족 가족여행으로 이용 했으며, 2룸 아파트에 숙박했습니다. 완전히 분리된 공간과 완벽한 주방, 세탁 시설을 갖추고 있어서 여행하기 너무 편했어요 침대와 침구류도 좋았으며, 샤워용품도 최고 수준이었습니다. 위치도 무료 트랩을 이용하기 최적의 장소이며, 근처 공원 및 박물관 산책하기도 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 일부 마감이 조금 미흡하여, 추가적인 보수가 필요해 보입니다(서랍장 등)
