Nice to stay. Good location. Room is small. I got a problem with the toilet door. They fixed it after 30 mins, but then I was not able to close the toilet door. Quite inconvenient when you stay with your friend but cannot close the toilet.

Our family of four stayed at deSatu Hotel during a short 訂房網站 to Medan, and it was a pleasant surprise! The location is unbeatable right next to Centre Point Mall and just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around with kids super convenient. The rooms were compact but clean, with cold AC and strong water pressure in the shower a must after a long day exploring the city. While the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, we found plenty of food options nearby, including local favorites like Soto Sinar Pagi. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering tips on where to eat and how to get around. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but nothing that kept us awake. Overall, it’s a great value for families looking for a clean, central, and budget-friendly stay in Medan.

This literally in very Central location of Medan , very close to train station, very close to major mall in the area, basically close to everything , there are rooms to improve, internet maybe need to be better , but overall very good stay and I would repeat which I did I suggest this place is okay

Minusnya: Tidak ada air minum botol gratis. Yang tersedia hanya air minum isi ulang melalui dispenser. Untuk setiap booking hotel tidak bisa dicancel, diubah jadwalnya, tidak ada pengembalian dana. Plusnya: lokasi strategis disebelah mall centre point. Inti kota medan. Hotel bersih dan ac sejuk.

Near train station so can hear the train horn occasionally… Place beside mall but after 10pm.. it is like a dead city… except pub open… the convient store closes at 10pm… If just need a place to sleep only this hotel still ok..

Hotel yang bersih dan nyaman. Lokasinya juga sangat convenient karena berada didalam komplek Center Point, salah satu Mall terbesar di Kota Medan. Selin itu juga sangat mudah jika akan ke Bandara Kuala Namu karena terpat diseberangnya adalah statsiun kereta ke Bandara.
