4顆星給前台晚班小哥，剩餘的設施環境什麼的差到離譜，我建議不要為了省錢而找這個酒店過夜，他們沒冷氣有抽空機可是阻塞了，熱水器壞了沒法用，洗澡冷到要死

First, they put us in the smoking room, when we asked for a non-smoking room and they didn't want to move us. Second, the toilet is so dirty and the soap container is empty. Not recommend.

Bagus, kebersihan kamar dan akamr mandi baik, air panas nya bagus, tapi namanya hotel lama ya tetep keliatan hotel lama, tapi Masih terawat kok, oiya. Gak ada jendela untuk kamar non smoke.

Our 2 nites stay was comfortable. Fluffy pillow and great bed. Buffet breakfast on Sat morning was great but it was not that good on Sunday morning. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

El hotel está en unas condiciones deplorables, los muebles de las habitaciones todos rotos, sábanas sucias, baño sucio… puerta del baño hinchada de la humedad.. muy ruidos…lo bueno de este hotel Para mi fue la amabilidad del personal, tanto del recepcionista como de un guía que tienen que habla español, me ayudaron para poderme moverme en la ciudad, me cambiaron de habitación que tenía las sábanas sin cambiar de otros clientes.. la comida tampoco era buena..

The main problem is the lack of workspace in the room. There is a normal table only in the room where there is no window, but it smells terrible there due to the fact that there is no sunlight coming in (dampness and high humidity do their job). Therefore, under no circumstances stay in a room without a window. Otherwise the hotel is decent. The staff is very responsive, they rush to help in any situation. Wi-Fi is normal. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor at normal prices. This hotel is worth the money.
