La ducha da agua caliente por un tiempo de 20 segundos. Se lo comenté a los trabajadores, pero decidieron ignorar mi queja y continuar viendo las TV. Cuando llegué solo habia un poco de papel higienico. Se lo comenté a los trabajadores, volvieron a ignorarme. En la ducha una pastilla de jabón usada del anterior huesped. Habitación cara para el servicio malo y trabajadores vagos. La única manera de que aprendar a dar un buen servicio es a base de poner quejas en la app. Haceros un favor y no vengais aqui.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was very strategic, close to the town center. I also really appreciated the breakfast, which was delivered directly to my room. The highlight, though, was the beautiful view from the balcony, it made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay in Sembalun. Highly recommended! 11/10
