These aren't good people they're greedy and lack empathy, I made a mistake while trying to rebook, and uh, somehow was able to book days that I already had stayed, which caused me to lose money. And days I'm homeless and currently living in hotels when I let them know about the mistake and what they could do to fix the mistake. They first agreed to help and then choose not to. So they could keep the extra money even after letting them know that I was homeless and I needed those other 2 days. They still denied me the help. And for some reason, even let me know that they were allowing me to stay The rest of my stay even though I had already paid for it. So basically They were insinuating that they could have punished me for even trying to fix the problem. And the worst part is being homeless, and then being cheap, means I'll have to give them my money again. Eventually. They even yelled at me on the phone when I call to try and fix the problem, telling me that I had the wrong property over and over, even though I called the property number that was connected to the booking, they still yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me. They're not good people
