Had a pleasant stay here. I wasn't expecting this to be the finest hotel in the area (because Pulomas, Kelapa Gading, and Cempaka Putih don’t have many exclusive hotels), but it turned out to be. Perfect for couples and business 訂房網站s. The room is huge and futuristic!

The hotel has great views in the room, dining areas etc...
Areas needed improvement are:
1. The sachets of coffee, sugar, creamer etc...need greater differentiation. The fine prints on the sachets can be easily overlooked by customers. either use different colored packagings or have bigger font prints to indicate sugar, coffee, brown sugar etc...
2. the In-dining room call button was not picked up whenever being call. This frustrates travellers who may be tired and needed in-room dining and the call is not getting through
3. There is not enough food servers at the breakfast spread counter. When the breakfast starts around 6.30am, there is hardly anyone standing behind the counter of the egg counter (ie frying eggs), no one at the main table spread where the noodles are to be cooked ( or is it meant to be empty??, i don't know), Not enough ushers to serve tea or coffee .
4. There is very little variation of the food variety spread offered either during breakfast or even for in-room dining (through the hotel TV option). The food choices are the same 3 months ago and now. There is no new choices. It would be good to have greater variety of food options for in-room dining (thro TV menu) or even the breakfast buffet spread.
5. The housekeeping does not help to remove from the room the pots and cups from the in-room dining (after use). The pot and cups remain as it is in the room , unwashed and not cleared from room
Overall, although the hotel is relatively new and clean, but there's service gaps throughout the who service cycle from the moment traveller step into the hotel to when they leave. Hope to see improvements in the areas mentioned above so that customer experience can be positive.

Sy menginap pesan 2 kamar, 1 kamar executive n 1 kamar deluxe.
Tidak sebanding dengan bintang hotelnya, masa kamar yg sdh ada isi orrgnya dikasih ke lagi ke org lain.
Air panasnya juga saat mandi dgn posisi mentok hot namun air yg keluar hangat.
Utk breakfast jg kembali lagi tdk sebanding dengan bintang yang disandangknya.

As usual, Novotel Hotels always live up to the expectation, in terms of pricing, facilities and services. The only down side is that there is no convenient stores nearby the hotel. It would be a perfect stay if there is one nearby.

The service is good, but the housekeeping is bad. They are not cleaning really good and you have to ask a lot of times if you want something. It’s not 4 star.
